Seat availability was managed through an Excel-based workflow, where organizers marked seats as occupied or available. The frontend fetched and parsed the Excel data to dynamically render an interactive seating layout, reflecting live seat status without a traditional backend. Designed for seminars, concerts, workshops, and similar live events.
